Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Memberships, passes, event registrations, and room bookings purchased through the GereBlock website are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

• Memberships
  Memberships renew according to the terms of the membership agreement. Members may cancel according to the notice requirements outlined in their membership terms.

• Day Passes
  Day passes are non-refundable once purchased.

• Event Tickets
  Event tickets may be refundable only if an event is cancelled by GereBlock. If an event must be rescheduled, ticket holders may be offered the option to attend the new date or receive a refund.

• Room Rentals
  Room and event space bookings may be subject to cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
